On June 2nd 2015 a Conference on Tertiary Education in Mozambique entitled  “Desenvolver competencias e habilidades em Africa” was held in the city of Nampula.

The main speakers were Americo Sardinha (Comunità Sant’Egidio), professor Brazao Masula (previous Chancellor, Università Mondlane di Maputo), professor Aurelio Machado (Pedagogical University, Nampula) and professor Martins Vilanculos (Catholic University of Mozambique). In addition, some beneficiaries of Fondazione Edu scholarships have presented their academic careers.

During the field mission, representatives of Fondazione Edu met up with the scholars and the graduated students in the cities of Maputo, Beira and Nampula.
